The Internet is a wonderful thing. In the past few years audio broadcasting -of podcasting, even though Apple is trying to control use of the word- has taken off and offers everyone the means to make their own radio programme.
There are a couple of quality podcasts I listen to regularly and I thought I would share them:
Skepticality podcast 
It’s a light-hearted simple and wide-ranging podcast about science and skepticism. It’s has recently become the official podcast of Skeptic Magazine.
The podcast and website are by Swoopy and Derek, a couple of regular people. There was actually a very dramatic moment early last year when Darren suffered a stroke and has been slowly recovering ever since.

Point of Inquiry podcast
It’s the podcast of the Center for Inquiry, an organisation dedicated to the advancement of science and the investigation of claims of the paranormal.
They invariably have excellent guest talking about interesting subjects, from religion to medical research, astronomy and how important it is to understand the issues posed science to make sense of the world we live in and to detect the dangers of pseudo-science and uncritical thinking.
